OTHER EXPERIENCE
From 2022-2026, I taught high school theatre, which included teaching courses on fundamentals, acting, tech, and dramatic writing, building a department and curriculum from the ground up, and running all after-school theatre.
At the University of Georgia, I completed multiple research projects with the guidance of George Contini through the Center for Undergraduate Research Opportunities (CURO). I was fortunate to receive a CURO Summer Fellowship and three Research Assistantships. My research included: "Developing an Online Immersive Theatre Experience During a Pandemic," "Biomechanics and Meyerhold's Impact on the Physical Theatre," "Developing a Queer Sensibility and Artistic Identity," "The Impact of Translation on Theatrical Performance," and "The Intersection of Queerness and Mental Health on the Stage."
From 2019-2020, I served as the Artistic Director of the Thalian Blackfriars, one of the oldest chartered theatrical societies in America (founded in 1893). Before serving as the Artistic Director, I was the Business Manager for a year. With Thalians, I produced several pieces of theatre including: Collective Rage: A Play in Five Betties, Glue: A Devised Piece, A Public Reading of an Unproduced Screenplay About the Death of Walt Disney, and Acworth, 92.

Through the Honors in Washington program, I interned as a Teaching Artist at the Keegan Theatre. I assisted with general theatre management but focused on leading classes with young students throughout the Summer.

As a performance artist, I have performed pieces including "Lessons in Drowning: An Earth Art Performance Piece" and "C**e," which was inspired by Yoko Ono's "Kitchen Piece."
